Hey everybody! I have released my new album 'Progenitor' which is electronic music with songs inspired by great bands such as The Crystal Method. You can check it out and download it for free on my youtube channel if you're interested!
Umm.. this comment isnt spam you fucking idiots! Why is it that every video i go to, some asshole marks comments as spam and then i end up having to repsot it?
ive always loved this song and couldent rememmber the name of this Thanks YOU TUBE !!! brings it Back in a good way like putting on an old paire of gloves , you know they worn out but you fit into them just fine :)
never!? Oh dude have you been missing out! This is among my favorite works of all time, I played their Vegas CD to death since the nineties and it still blows my mind. Timeless, so better late than never ;)
Hey everybody - I just released my solo album "Mirror Image" that contains upbeat electronic music (and ambient songs) heavily inspired by Scott Kirkland, Ken Jordan and the music of The Crystal Method. If you're interested you can check out the songs on my youtube page, and links to my myspace page and places to download the full album are on my youtube channel as well :) .
I have an advance version of the album that this song is on. It's different than this version; there's no crazy guitar bridge in mine, and there's way less treble presence.
Pretty sure you just have the normal album, this is not the album edit, it's some cheesy radio cut. I have just a normal release CD from '97 and mine definitely isn't this edit.
@jaredneff Hmmm. Well, I like this version better. I guess I'll look for a torrent that says "radio version" or "remix", see if its it.
I got an advance version of a Portishead album, and it's better than the release version; more raw, more emotional content. The advance versions of albums usually sound better than the studio-polished ones.
I first heard this song in "THE CROW: STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN" series. Show was ok, but I loved some of the songs they played in each episode. I grew up in a small town that pretty much played either main stream music or Tex-Mex. This song could be the sound track to just about anything. Love it!
nice! anyone remember there song on the spawn soundtrack as in the movie spawn? what a f@kin album absolute deadly for its time......dedly tumz up 4rm meee
great song, but the video is dissapointing, like all the bad symbolism even if any of that meant anything, it sure didn't have a good way of getting across the meaning, like the part at the end of the old man sweating, what is that supposed to show? that he was running real fast? that he was stressed? and the whole thing with the random people singing along and doing things that were pointless, like 3 guys trying to dig a hole with pick axes? not shovels?they had set up cones around the hole wtf
i had a nightmare like this once

There's something very familiar about this tune. May have heard something similar about 20 years ago. It's definitely cinematic.
