I agree with tweetalig as this branch of Black Tiger KF has strong connections with Lama Pai. It would make perfect sense as its founder was a member of the Canton's ten tigers.

the thing i like about this conditioning is its narutal conditioning, not hard body training which is un nartual and in the long run not good for the body. and it also improves technique so it kills two birds with one stone

少林黑虎門 Shaolin Heihu Men (Shaolin Black Tiger Style) originated from Shaolin Temple in Henan about 200 years ago, and is completely different from Lama Pai which is a branch of Xia Jia Quan with origin from Sichuan. From the way they train one can tell it is a Northern Style, although it is practised mainly in Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong. They even use Shi Suo (石鎖) Stone Lock which is popular in Hebei and a fundamental part of all styles there, including Shuaijiao and Chuojiao.
