I would personally go with the psp 3000, mainly because you get way more out of it when hacked. The Dsi however i would say would be better if you are a more casual gamer since its library has mainly puzzle and mario games. But i would stay away from the PSP GO (also PSP NO).

psp 3000 way better than psp go. psp go has no umd! psp go w/ no umd = FAIL. i dunno bout ds though
