Looks like SNKP adjusts the difficulty of KOF XIII arcades to somewhat just level 3, so Saiki seemed pretty easy and Dark Ash doesn't block much of your attacks and combos( see Kyo fight) and tend to go far from you instead... Lets wait for the console for more difficulty...

every ting on the disk is on kof 13 including dark ash and hua jai 3 bad allocation slots wer taken for the k team now we have billy and iori 98 left, billy may just b an unlocakable or a team if they had time that is, n since the console version is not out yet they could b still working on stuff possbl rite ? well i gave u the info u make wat u want 2 of it

@cyphisage try and find the kof 12 disk, the info on it will reveal all, its mentioned that it was supposed 2 contain iori 98 and billy all the characters on the kof 12 disk are in 13 look it up if u don't believe search 4 it and when you find it the bad slots count 3 of them in for k kula and maxima there are 4 more blank spots 2 for billys teammates and may b 2 more unlockable bosses or characters now i only hope that they have had enough time 2 finish the characters if so u will c them
