lookup worst plastic surgeries on Youtube to see what can go wrong ... Mickey Rourke is just one example. There are dozens. It's very risk and in some cases fatal, just to look like some preconceived ideal of beauty, to be socially accepted. Natural is more beautiful.

A few of the celeb pics you posted havent had plastic surgery. Beyonce, Cameron Diaz and Selma Hayek. Most of the others only had breast augmentations and havent touched their faces. Only a select few of these celebs had any actual plastic surgery. Also you have missed a ton of celebs who have actually had work done and look worse now for it. Michael Jackson, Meg Ryan, Joan Rivers, Pamela Anderson, Nikki Cox, Joan Van Ark, Priscilla Presley, etc.

@MrsBabyfat No. Liposuction can't help you lose weight and no surgeon in their right mind would "suck" 300lb off a person... it is a body shaping procedure (like Demi's knees or cellulite). Lipo or tummy tucks are for people with a BMI of 30 or under (that have lost weight the right way) and that want to remove fat from difficult areas.Gastric bypass is the only weight loss surgery BUT you would mostly lose muscle mass which in the long run, without proper diet and exercise would make you fatter

I think Angelina looks the same, she´s just grown up to have sharper shapes of her face. Many talked about the profound rage they felt at female clients paying to unnecessarily alter their bodies, & how bizarre and brutal mutilation fantasies constantly plagued their minds during operations. One even had a poster of his “hero” Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe on his bedroom wall.

You have to look at who is behind the surgery...the surgens. Surgery like facelifts pulls your face and you get extra wrinkles around the eyes and a strange looking mouth and features so you have to keep it up to look 'normal' again. I think it's unessary and really gross. People look far more beautiful making the most of their natural beauty. They set it up so people have to have maintainence at least every few years or every 10 years or sooner, so they keep a continual check on maintainence
