I love this. It's really great. I have to share though that I rolled back on the ball and my hair got stuck underneath it lol. Easy fix but it took me a minute to figure out what was happening.

@BerkoKaitlin I do the same sometimes =D I usually put up the hair to get it out of the balls way.

just one question. what size of the ball is best? there are 65cm, 75cm and 85 cm (diameter) available.

the size/diameter of the ball that is best for you depends upon your height. taller people use the largest size. i use a medium size and i am not very tall ;)
