@ornak8 Ouch! Careful with the stereotypes. Lol! A man may be "good-hearted", but also have more patience and vision that Don here. So, not every guy would've blown Sally's comments out of proportion and listened to the first advice he got from a couple of over zealous ladies who like to play match-maker.

With a little more effort in understanding what Sally's situation truly was, he very likely wouldn't have proposed so prematurely. But, then we wouldn't have a show here...

Ive had an ex propose to me before and i just told him i was not ready...big deal, it's called being smart and not rushing into things until you both are really ready. I didn't know you replied to that, sorry, but I don't understand why people get so worked up over marriage. People file for divorce all the time. So much for "until death do us apart". I don't understand what they expect from marriage, especially non-religious peeps.To me it's all paperwork and jewellery, and the belief that they will be together until one of them dies, which is almost never the case.

Yep; them was the days before them damned revenooers come by. It was cool; download till your comp couldn't hold any more. I even found stuff that I can't find today like the Pebbles and Bam Bam song from the Flintstones cartoon (not that I liked it but I was amazed by what I could find) but I was one the ones who didn't have a burner so I couldn't burn the more than three thousand tunes I had. The record scumbags virused me out and I wanted to sue but couldn't prove what they did. Ah, memories.

I feel your pain. Some of the rarest songs are the best songs. Everything is all corporate now, sucks so bad. Technology has advanced, but all other kinds of entertainment has suffered in its wake.

I know; I like to uncover the more obscure but really good stuff like the Grinning Ploughman, Skin Games, Suncatcher, Toy Matinee, Goat, the Humphries and others like that because today's music doesn't seem to have the balls or skills that it SHOULD have.
