Definitely some good ideas, I've lost 12 pounds on my own and now I'm looking to incorporate cardio but I don't think running would be too good for my joints and such at this weight. Now I bike 2-3 miles, 2-4 times a week but I'll definitely try this now!
b4 i started riding my bike i was 224lbs after 2-3 weeks im now down to 213lbs plus dieting on just half of what i use to eat now im about to start a very healthy diet fish for dinner a solid breakfast and fruit for snaking and lunch i hope i help someone with this comment oh yeah im a male 5'8-9 ft tall this might help you 2 if you're my same build but im pretty sure it'll help anyone
i usually add some hills and weights.. to my routine.. like you put the resistants up as if your climbing a hill.. mix is it.. with sprints and always increasing or decreasing the resistants as you go.. to also work the upper body you can use so weights 3kgs and under is ideal.. otherwise your not working hard enough.. and drink plenty of water.
I'd say using a stationary bike's better in the long run since you can keep exercising on a stationary bike and not stop like you would have to with a regular bike.
