  • Show this video to young people who dont know the meaning of owning a peace of art work- I am young person and I am jealous now...

  • DUDE ! You mis one of the greatest: Sgt pepper's lonely hards club band!

  • @azerty7889 I have all Beatle studio albums. But those are in a separate pile, have not had time to make any more videos. :) But I sure do have that psychedelic masterpiece!

  • Fantastic!!!!

  • Can you share how you collect 'em ? You should look for investors and start your own town radio station !

  • @thevulcandrifter That's a great idea! I'll keep that in mind :) I counted how many I have in total. Almost 600

  • Can you share how you collect 'em ?

  • Great records dude

  • I thought I was the only one who liked The Incredible String Band, mate you are awesome, great collection!!!

  • WOW Lots of Bosstown ! Also, I never saw the cover of the Deep Six LP until this video ! THUMBS UP

  • brings me back 2 the days of collecting

  • @111019951 Thank you thank you thank you revolution 1940 for sharing your album collection!!! I was trying soo hard to remember the name of the group that did the album (I can't spell) Renesance and there it was in your collection Vanilla Fudge!! Can't make a big enough smile :D I had the album but must've left at a boyfriend's house, lol, how many of us have lost our albums that way, huh? yeah...thanks again!!

  • @111019951 The Incredible String Band :)

  • what's this track? sounds great!

  • Those are masterpieces - really captures the joyful innocence of youth in a psychedelic way. Love it.

  • ....man....this is just....great! :)

  • @123Jah456Jah789 Thank you!!! I have so many more since I made this video. Just no time to create a new vid. I'm glad you enjoy'd!

  • @revolution1940 i wanna know...how did you decide to collect all those records? :D i mean...that's huuuuge treasure you have there :)

  • they are loads and loads of brilliant recodes here, i like bee gees first the best tho briliant underrated album that is.....

  • Could anyone help me find more songs like Strawberry Fields Forever, Daydream (Wallace Collection)?

Experimental, melodic, trippy, psychedelic avant-pop, in other words.

  • @revolution1940 No, I meant their 3 best albums. After Bathing At Baxter's, Crown Of Creation, and Blows Against The Empire (Jefferson Starship).

  • @49kasey And does the ebsence of those apparent "best" albums make me less of a fan? I think not :) I would not say B.A.T.E is the top 3. Not at all :) But thanks again for the comment!

  • So what about the absence of all the best of the Jefferson Airplane? Hmmm...?

I thought you were really into them. Real mystery to me...

  • VERY nice collection! I'm very familiar with 80% of it. I'm surprised that I didn't see Jefferson Airplane's "After Bathing At Baxter's". Also "Crown Of Creation" and Jefferson Starship "Blows Against The Empire". These are their best, most psychedelic albums, especially the first I mentioned.

  • which band sings this song?

  • @showmoon The Zombies! It's off of their album Odessy & Oracle. A really good album from the Zombies indeed :) Take care

  • Beautiful collection my man, thanks for sharing!

  • you need to check the dates on quiet a few of those so called 60's albums as some of them are not original 60's releases and also some as you know are 70's and 80's,

  • @superglootheband

well thanks for your info. but I really don't care if they are all originals or from the 70's and 80's. I know some of them are, and I can tell you that many of these are originals :)

    Thanks for the lovin

  • Ha Fat Mattress, havenot thought about them for a long time, and what about Vanilla Fudge, I remember them playing "Keep me hangin on" just great. And Surealistic Pillow, used to have that album, wonder where that is now..... And Iron Butterfly, In a gadda da vida ( (Doug Ingle is reported to have said the title was an alcohol-slurred version of "In the Garden of Eden", ) later told as a funny anecdote.... great music from a great time.......

And by the way, great album collection too.

  • acctualy, the moodyblues long distance voyeger wasnt released until 1981

  • you are right :) but its Psych to me my friend!

  • @revolution1940

Then you have quite a skewed opinion on what is psych music. No self respecting psych collector would call Long Distance Voyager a psych record. The early Moody Blues records like A Question of Balance or On The Threshold of a Dream maybe.

  • @jgfergus I wanted to keep it in with the MoodyBlues:) I don't consider that album psych. It was there to be along with the other MB albums. But thank you for the comment! :)

  • @jgfergus No maybe about it, all Moody Blues' early stuff was made for tripping.

  • @49kasey Exxxactly!

  • That one Rolling Stones LP is going for big bucks on Ebay.

  • no beatles?

  • I have many Beatle albums, but I did not put them in with this video. I am going to make a separate video for those gems:)

  • i agree, they need their own video,

  • I want your Peanut Butter Conspiracy album and your Arthur Brown one!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks! Those albums are incredible, especially the Arthur Brown one, I wish more people could hear the tunes off that album, excluding 'FIRE' Which is great, but there are so many other fantastic tunes:)

  • I totally agree with you. 'Fire' is a great song, but its the only one you ever hear by Arthur Brown, and he has so many great, underestimated songs. I like his song 'Nightmare' too. Its very moody and abstract. Does your Peanut Butter Conspiracy album have the song 'Back In L.A.' on it? That is my favorite favorite PBC song!

  • Yes! Nightmare is a great tune. And my PBC album does not have Back in L.A on it. Their album 'For Children of All Ages' from 1968 has it. Which I do not have :( but hope to find somewhere.

  • excelente colección amigo,...y en cuanto a Odyssey & Oracle, en mi opinión es un album fantastico en plena transición del beat a la sicodelia, una maravilla

  • Love this track from The Zombies. Colin Blunstone is one of the most overlooked singers of the era. "Odyssey & Oracle" now rightly given it's 'classic' status. Nice to see the Johnny Rivers album in amongst all that other good stuff. Cool collection man.A.

  • whats that song, its great

  • The Zombies (Oddessy & Oracle) - Care of Cell 44

Fantastic album, I have the original copy, original pressing :)

  • I would kill for some of those albums. All I'm saying is watch out.

Fuck, the ventures released a psychedelic album?

  • Hell yeah! what a fantastic album too! :) I am quite happy with what I have.

  • You are lucky to own Happy Trails. I would love to here that on Vinyl.

Nice of you to include the Bee Gee's 1st.

Also, Year Ten's Ssssh, nice cover, but the music inside is about as trippy as waiting in line at the DMV.

  • TenYearsAfter Sssssh, is an amazing album! And I included it in my psych video because of the cover, and the inside cover! It is so sick, plus they do have some psych tunes for sure. I consider them Psychedelic Blues. They are unreal.

  • Got to love those eyes.

  • I am thoroughly jealous haha~

    Great collection!

Makes me want to start :) ♥

  • railbird528@comcast.nwr

  • The Psych Out Soundtrack, i remember the film with good old Jack playing the guitar at the Fillmore West, one of those thats so bad its good.

Good to see someone owns the Tomorrow album

Keep collecting but don't break the bank

  • PsychOut is an outstanding album! Strawberry on that album is fantastic. And yes, the Tomorrow album is pretty wild.

break the bank! The ban khas been broken already. :) thanks for the comment

  • great collection!

  • esos mismos datos que aparecen al final, tenía pensado comentar, pero mmmmme gano de mano.

  • someone's a pink floyd fan.

  • Most definitely. I picked up "Pipers at the Gates of Dawn" too! It's everything I wanted and more.

  • Is it original? and if so US or UK?

  • rocking collection! downloading is not half as much fun as listening to vinyl. Your collection reminded me to some vinyls I still want to have, so I have some searching to do...

  • I hope you find what you are looking for, and thanks for enjoying :) What are you looking for anyway?

  • Hate to be pedantic but "the Point" was released in 1971.

You've got some great records there (and a few clunkers...), enjoyed the video.

  • Ha, thanks man. And which ones are clunkers in your opinion? Just curious

  • MAGNIFICENT!!!!!! Love The Mothers of Invention LP!!!!! I have some of my collection posted if you like looking at LP's. Alot more to come too!

  • Why don't people who have record collections similar to this own pubs?

It would be nice to have lunch at a bar & grill with this stuff playing lightly in the background.

  • I'll keep my mind on that :) thanks man

  • Today's miniaturized cd artwork pales to these great record albums - not to mention the music quality. Nice collection... goes well with the Zombies tune (from the Oddessy & Oracle lp).

  • nice video,any mega-rarities?

  • yeah I do have some mega rarities, but that will be shown in an updated video. I haven't had any time to post one, but soon my friend:)

  • Comment removed

  • hahaha I am, am I? Thanks pal. You listen to a lot of vinyl yourself?

  • of course man!!! i love it

i hate all peopel who download and itunes their music FUCK EM

anti-digital and pro-analog all the way

  • LSd was a thing of the '60s I can recall. Many have done it in my generation. You could walk up to any longhair back then and ask them for some acid and voila, off you go!

  • im so jealous great gems.

  • Thanks so much!!! I love vinyl, and psychedelic. Since this video I have gotten about 15 new psychs, and like 30 new various artists! So, I will have to make an updated vid sometime:) thanks for the kind words

  • I used to own the Stones Satanic Majestys album, mono, 3D cover and I sold it for next to nothing years ago - what an idiot!

  • huge bummer!

  • i missed the old pink floyd albums, like the piper at the gates of dawn, a saucerful of secrets, more and umma gumma.

  • great collection! you should get the album by 'the first edition' with kenny rogers. it's from the 60's and has the song 'just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in' made fameous by the film 'the big lebowski'. Great album.

  • Wow, nice Pink Floyd ones. Take very good care of those, cause those are really rare so of them. Also I own alot that you do also.

  • Steppenwolf-The Second *don't step on the grass sam*

  • i got a lot of those but on e thing i notice u dont have that i do is any country joe ou like them ?where did u get most of these they are great i live in goergia and the only good stuff i can fing in antiqes stores is psyc folk rock rolling stones and beatles nothing else really its a bummer

  • I absolutely love Country Joe, just havnt come across the early stuff. I have one C-J that may not be in there, if I could I would make an updated video because I have gotten many gems since that video. And I get my vinyl from garage sales, flea markets, old people, friends, and e-bay

  • i have the original 1st pressing country joe and the fish electric music for the mind and body-1967,im gonna put my record collection on here when i get a camera

  • Awesome man! I have the original first pressing BOB DYLAN 1962- his first album-. Now that is what I call a gem :) And what I have posted on here are only my Psychedelic and Sunshine Pop, I have about 300 more of a great collection of really awesome music, but I do not have time to video those. Maybe in the future,

  • What's the album shown at 1:55?

  • That album is 'The Incredible String Band - The 5000 Spirits or the Layers of the Onion' released in 1967 on HANNIBAL label.
