Esther Ralston was known as The American Venus and starred in this silent film.

Yeah, I think "The American Venus" pageant was the "Miss America" one in incubation. Early pageants took place in Atlantic City, NJ and I think a role in "The Pitchas" was one of the prizes--that the "chosen beauty" would get a role in this film. But I think Esther Ralston only had one or two other roles after this and then, zilch.

Parts of the Brooks scene are in both trailers- it would be very possible to cut them together & have the whole thing.

Much movie of Louise Brooks is lost,It is very difficult to find its first movie in VHS or DVD.

Now this is very remarkable! Of this presumed lost film it is said only one trailer is known, yet another trailer was posted a few weeks ago by twentiesdoll. Is the film resurfacing in bits and pieces?
