I have been in the collision repair industry for over 20 years. Progressive is the least likely company to repair your vehicle properly. That is FACT. Their main focus is cost cutting on fixing YOUR vehicle.......PERIOD
They fixed the back end of my truck and the electrical system fried while THEY HAD IT. They refused to fix the problem and said it was not their problem. They would have it paid to take it to a garage of my choice??? It was all working when I gave it to them, how are they not responsible????? PROGRESSIVE IS a RIP OFF!!
Progressive thinks people are STUPID because they are utilizing some dumb caricature to sell worthless insurance policies. There is nothing funny about death and an insurance company such as Progressive that REFUSES to honor their policy. Progressive is nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme in which the Corporate Executives get rich and leave injured policy holders bogus insurance policies which are not worth the paper they are written on. liberty mutural???????did you know when a preferred shop writes a est for the ins company they are told to write it at bare minimum if they want to keep there account,with no blending the color or taking items off the vehicle like doorhandle s ,molding,pinstripes ect. just incase the customer cashes out,but iif the customer brings the vihicle back to the shop then they can add all the stuff back that they had to leave off
what they didnt tell you is the faster you repair the vehicle the more money the ins company saves on rental and you make a brownie point with them so they send more work.the cheeper the shop manager does work for them gets brownie points too.now the tecs arent making what they used too so they have to rush to still be able to make a paycheck
Someone "insured" with "Progressive" pulled out in front of me at an intersection, the driver was cited, they stalled, denied my claim, never even looked at my car, and now are fighting me in a lengthy court battle. This company should just go rot in hell, because that's where they belong.
i work at a progressive direct repair shop,they write there own estimate for used parts that look like there off derby cars sometimes.my boss knows its wrong but he has to suck there balls for brownie points to get more work in.if you dont go to one of there repair shops they make sure to put you on the back burnner and make it hell .even something mighty as the persian empire fell.i just hope in mylifetime i get to see progressive fall to there knees in lawsuits and shame
I am currently fighting Progressive Michigan Insurance for severe injuries I sustained in a rear-end collision. They are fighting me on this. I've lost my home, good credit rating(unpaid medical bills) and am about to become homeless. They are hiring Drs to lie on medical reports that there is nothing wrong. Since I probably won't receive any compensation from Progressive insurance, guess who will be paying for my medical needs, food stamps, shelter, etc...? You, the taxpayers. Sorry.
Guess this is why they are one of the top 3 auto insurance companies in the country. You know how the shittiest companies always manage to get in the top 3, Forbest 500 company etc. Do your homework like I did before I bought, don't worry about the few who make noise. Dropped Allstate, sucked. Geico okay, State Farm bad cust. srvc.
Dealt with them on several claims and they have been amazingly proactive and far more fair then other companies I've dealt with. Good luckm though, sweety video!

Don't for for this warm and fuzzy feeling, it's all about Progressive controlling the repair and how much they pay out. The business of insurance is to pay claims, not repair vehicles. I wouldn't feel good investing in insurance because they wrong too many people for the sake of profit.
