I loved the music, but it always made me sad. Especially when the other flowers cowared when he tried to pick them. When I was little, i often thought of the "feelings" of inanimate objects. My sister and I call this "The Brave Little Toaster Syndrome". That movie changed the way I saw everything. lol.
I myself had trouble understanding the point of purely visual bits like this as a kid, but I'm better at getting it now. It's so cool that this is on YouTube. It's quite an emotional moment when the colors come up in the sky.
Yea StaceSesame I did too. I felt sad when the flowers fell over in the kids hand.( I don't know if I understood that they died at the time or not.) I also felt sad when he went to pick the other flowers and they were scared of him. Luckily it has a happy ending. It's amazing the concepts that we understood as little kids.
So, the message is: if a kid picks flowers, it's not a sign of innocence but is evil? Then I guess I was evil, LOL! Love the early Pink Floyd type background music.

I'm a 34-year-old married man and this brought tears to my eyes, as did another SS clip of flowers in the rain set to Antonio Vivaldi's Guitar Concerto in D Major (Largo). God is great :)
I think at the end when the little man did not pick the last three flowers not only were they happy but I think the colours in the sky came from God to forgive him for picking the first two.
Darn Hippies and activists! They ACTUALLY thought kids could think!
