Japanese people have been weened off of their nationalist pride and actually have a sense of irony, while Koreans are still struggling to get past this point. I'd give them a good 100 more years before they come around seeing how things are in Korea right now. Japan changed violently after the war (morally and economically) while South Korea only drastically changed economically.
LOL..what is the point of this assignment? To find out what foreigners think of Korea, then brainwash them? I'm not Japanese or Korean, but I know that Japanese are not as easily persuaded as Koreans. In Korea, they still believe that you can die from leaving a FAN ON AT NIGHT. Teachers even tell the kids this. Nobody questions ANYTHING there when they are told by society. I would love to meet a Korean who didn't believe in "fan death", and reached that conclusion by his/her own logic.
@SuperSupermang - I am Korean and I challenged my mother on this same ridiculous myth. I won my case by awaking alive to a humming fan that was operating all night. Her response, a slap upside my head for trying to be too much of a wise-ass. Urban myths, superstitions and religions as far as I'm concerned are indoctrinations starting at youth. That is why they are still believed today.
Other countries make fabulous meals and share their amazing, compassionate lives with families and friends.
India, Europe, and the Middle east have an amazing culture of sharing and food.
Paying for a meal? that is the most generous a korean gets?
Koreans pay so they can say how great they are not out of generosity. It is not from the heart is it is only for show. what a bunch of frauds they are.
"Im a victim, yet I fail to take responsibility for the crappy person I am, and the horrible things my country has done"
That is why you end up with a country like N. Korea. Kim Jong il is a fricken angel in his own eyes, yet he harms other countries, extorts resources and money out of other countries, then plays the victim.
Yamato had no military power to fight Shilla or Baekje. Empress Jingu gave birth to Emperor Ojin after she returned from Shilla. Until Meji Era, the 15th imperial ruler was Empress Jingu, they changed it to Emperor Ojin. Empress Jingu's tomb was closed BY the Japanese in 1976 to get rid of all evidence about Japan and Shilla. This comment was made by the National Geographics when they were so close to finding the truth. Tomb closed, CLOSED by the Japanese after 1976. CLOSED, got it? CLOSED!

I will talk to the Korean bully who messed with your high school days and tell him to apologize to you so you will change your narrow-minded views.

Wow these are such narcissistic questions.
"In korea we are sooo generous, we pay for other peoples meals"
"Do they do that in Japan?"
Give me a break.
Why is this poor girl in Korea anyways?
She is trying to broaden her horizons only to encounter snobbish judgmental losers.

Hell yes I'm tired of the korean BS, of
"Im a victim, yet I fail to take responsibility for the crappy person I am, and the horrible things my country has done"
That is why you end up with a country like N. Korea. Kim Jong il is a fricken angel in his own eyes, yet he harms other countries, extorts resources and money out of other countries, then plays the victim.
