I quite dont get the rhythm in the chorus, when you play both hands...is it the A flat and the A flat m chord together, and afterwards its changing between those two beginning with the A flat m?

It actually doesn't do the F# twice in the beginning/chores' for the left hand. It goes C#, D#, G#, F#, B, E.

at around 3:00 he talks about "if you have enough keys" to go that low. Some keyboards/synths have octave changers, so check if yours has one. I had to put my whole board down one octave to reach the lower notes. :)
