Staff of the Public Service Commission of Maryland files this complaint pursuant to Section 20.07.03 of the Code of Maryland Staff requests that the commission issue an order that Viridian Energy PA, LLC show cause why its license to provide electricity or electric supply services should not be suspended or revoked for engaging in deceptive practices and for failing to comply with the Commission's consumer protection regulations

why is Viridian being watched by the FTC at this time? Actually being looked at to be shut down. What are your thoughts?

@MasterMarglar found it on FTC.gov when Vir just came out. Plus two groups in my area are being brought up on charges of theft. Front loading has been a big issue. May just be bad groups though
