It's a pity that such a commendable performance can so easily be dismissed with a few critical words. In a world where so little is perfect, it's a great thing to gather around a compositional gem such as this and to offer up our own understanding and endeavor. It sounds like they understand and appreciate the ethos of the piece. I applaud both performers.
