Don't get these people who expect a band just to keep the same sound for their entire career. You would be criticised if you didn't change! No pleasing some people man!

I found Wrath difficult to get used to at first but it grew on me as I got used to the evolution in their sound, and now i fucking love it. Broken Hands and Grace are my favs, just brutal as fuck!

As for Resolution, I can see their roots (BtP, AG, ATPB) but can also see some of Wrath in it too. a perfect combo if you ask me!

awesome fucking record! the only bad thing I can come up is the tuning of the guitars. the band uses drop d tuning in almost all of their songs, but this new record seems to be full of drop c or c# songs and that's shit for us that have only 1 guitar to play. sucks to tune the guitar every time you want to play resolution's songs.

Actually, it's probably not Drop-B...I have a suspicion that Lamb of God recorded it and then slowed it down, judging by the sound of the snare drum...and LoG's tendency to never, ever play in super low tunings.

Absolutely love it. For the past 7-8 years I've been waiting on older bands like metallica to come around, but they always fail. I think LOG and some of these newer bands although they will never be as famous are just blowing these older metal bands out of the water. With LOG, metal in the year 2012 is in good hands. Also been listening to devildriver, killswitch, five finger, all that remains...all are very impressive, but LOG is best imo.

I love their old stuff though. The band I'm in love with and have been for a while is As I Lay Dying. Tim Lambesis is a damn good screamer and Josh Gilbert, their clean vocalist, doesn't sound like a fucking female like all of these newer Metalcore bands.
