I see this all the time in Hawaii. Filipinos will build a house and about 3 generations will live under that roof. They will pay that house and build another one and the same thing will happen. Next thing you know, they have seven houses and they all have businesses. The thing that is destroying Black people and keeps us on the bottom is because we REFUSE to work together..we don't trust each other. Culture helps people survive and those people will always succeed.
