Same problem as bjgreens. I have no navigation buttons. Also, I keep getting errors such as "the process android.process.media has stopped". Can't even access some settings. Nice video, but it didn't work for me. I'm now going to unroot it back to factory.

I always get in trouble, either my phone not fully booting or he won't read my sim card, ect.. I heard people saying I shouldn't flash my bootloader, but that didn't help.
