  • yo anybody got some training tips? Like are u suppose to workout more that once a day, whats a workout routine look like that would give you results like this

  • Honestly, I thought I was in good fucking shape til I saw this. This is fucking years of conditioning (gymnast type shit). You can try this shit called Tibata, where you do 4 different exercises targeting a muscle group. Do four minutes of each exercise continually, going 20 secs continuously then resting 10 secs etc until 4 minutes. Take 1 minute rest in between exercises and drink at least 2-3 protein shakes a day (about 100g + protein). Alternate muscle groups 5 days a week. A good start.
