I never saw him laugh during Deep Purple nor at Ranbow's days but now he seems to be at ease and has found what he looked for. I'm happy for him. He found his heaven.

Another guy that wanted to go in this direction but never got to it due to drinking problems was Brian from the Sweet. Listen to their latest album or just look up their "Lady of the lake".

I've listened to all Blackmore's style from Deep Purple, metal oriented Rainbow (with Dio), pop-oriented Rainbow to renaissance Blackmore's Night. Ritchie's talent and underrated music writing are unmistakenly shown in all. He's just a great guitarist. It doesn't matter what style of music genre he plays. At the end, style doesn't matter. He shreds if he needs to. He composes jaw-dropping solos. Good music is good music. My appreciation toward him as a musician has grown more not less.

Why do people hate the fact Ritchie Blackmore is playing this kind of music now? In my opinion, there is much more creativity in this style than in today's Rock n' Roll, Pop etc.

I apologize if I sound like a snob, it's just much of today's music all sounds the same to me. With Blackmore's Night, they always find a whole new creative spin on a variety of songs.

Some people (like me) really like this stuff. It's more connected with the entirety of art and culture, rather than his prior, more modern work. This music is mature and mythic. From what little I know of his prior work, it was more energetic and influenced by modern psychology and ideals. I'm sure you can see a lot more qualities in his work with Deep Purple than I can.

No, of course not! By your logic, Pink Floyd must therefore have copied Dark Side of the Moon from Medicine Head, who released an album of that name a year before Floyd did - manifestly silly. Lots of tracks and albums share the same/similar names and it doesn't imply copying.

Candice reminds me of a young Stevie Nicks, mostly the blonde hair and gypsy clothes, but she has innocent eyes where Stevie has intense, knowing eyes. I love their clothes.
