Are these foods traditional or modern? It's my first time to see a northern European foods. And it's a fantastic opportunity to make the cooking book, I think. Now I'm also preparing to write a book about social welfare problem in Japan. Your country has a great person names Bank Mikkelsen. He is so famous among us.
