No there's Arrow Bomb which stuns 6 enemies, and dragon pulse which pushes back 6 enemies, also Power knock back which you can hit 6 enemies with your bow at 200% damage. Lastly hurricane can do 7 arrows per sec faster than Nightlord.

Actually... Piercing arrow is the only skill in the game that can actually break the damage cap :] and ... Hurricane is the Second fastest skill while Triple Throw + Shadow partner is the fastest skill when it comes to hits/second.

And im i think focus is a good skill but depending on if he wanted power knockback or final attack he probably didnt opp to max it making it kinda weak. I max mine and i think its a good skill (first job skill though)
