波茲坦宣言重申兩年之前開羅宣言的精神，仍是以1918年＂住民自決＂爲主的威爾遜14點和平計畫，是故一樣不言帰屬。 基本上還是要日本無條件投降，回到明治前本土，故意將日本天皇列為＂被誤導的人＂免他於事後成戰犯。是一紙對日本簡單扼要的＂最後通牒＂。（7/26/45 宣言，8／6／45投彈。） 想想看孫中山蔣介石毛澤東都曾言要幫日治下的台灣獨立哩！
