The bottom is in the low right corner, next to the Quality (which is that icon that seems like a wheel) or next to "Turn Off Anotations" which is that icon that seems like a dialogue.. If it is not there it means that it's not in your options.

HQ means High Quality. It's a better definition of the video. You can change the quality of the video through out that bottom that seems like a wheel I mentiones before. =)
