This happened in Lille (North of France), exactly Rue du Molinel next to Lille-Flandres train station. The car plate is NOT from France, probably from Netherlands because a yellow plate on the front of the car is not very usual except for Dutch cars.

Ich habe nich gesagt das es erlaubt ist oder das ich es gut finde. Ich war vor ca. zwei Jahren bei einem Kumpel in Paris. Als ich sah wie ein Auto das andere vom Parkplatz weg stosste war ich auch schockiert. Aber mein Kumpel meinte nur das sei völlig normal in Paris. Und jedes zweite Auto das ich dort gesehen habe, hatte eine Beule oder war zerkratzt. Naja man kann es nehem wie mans will. Normal ist es auf keinen Fall! :)
