War Lord Oda Nobunaga born in 1534 danced and sang a song by Astumori before going into battle against enemy with over whelming number. My poor translation:
"life is a short dream; once born, we are destined to die". I don't think this is that song.

Noh and Kabuki are my favorite elements of Japanese theatre, Atsumori being the most interesting I think.
