  • I was in Seoul World Cup Stadium at that time. FC Seoul played well but they just scored 1 goal. so they fail to go in semifinal. very very sad to me

  • well played by both the teams :) Allahu akbar :)

  • VIVA U.S

Hilal then Seoul who's next ^^

  • allah akbar

it`s natural for umm salal to win.I expect

final match will be umm salal versus

    Itti.

  • Yeah sure :) Because you guys bribed the ref already ?

  • @whgdmsdki hahahahahah funny. -_- gawd are we still going on about that? some people just dont move on.

  • LOL..You were wrong :)

  • umm salal is doin great in the AFC but in the domestic league they r last!

  • s.korea is easy!!!!!!!!!!!yay!!

  • by the way...these are club teams, not national teams...so where is qatar in world cup 2010? Will I be able to see them in South Africa?

  • too bad they became 3rd in their group, so no WC!

  • @Alwajal56 this wasnt s.korea it was fc seoul

  • I said there were scandals in 2002, I didn't specify who bribed whom, if there was any.

I can't disagree with you about some Salal players grass rolling, I hate to see that too, but it happens everywhere, especially when an under dog team plays against a supposedly better team (Seoul).

Salal was a 2nd division club in Qatar just 3 years ago, if Qatari teams are into bribing refs, I hope at least it's done by capable teams, or better yet, our national team.

  • Yes, it has already been done by Qatari national handball team at the 2006 asian games. Watch the following clip!!!(unfair judgement handball) It is just ridiculous. I've never seen anything like that in my whole life. Is this typical in middle eastern countries? you guys have to be really ashamed. Qatar hosting olympics, world cup? NO WAY! It ain't going to happen!

  • How is a handball match related to this? Anyway I do acknowledge that the asian handball fed. is corrupted by the Kuwaiti prince who's head of it. That match was clearly arranged so Kuwait can beat Qatar in the final, did you see the final? It was scandalous and created a big buzz here.

  • I hope the next ref unbias. Umm Salal shall crush

  • Umm Salal will face Pohang Steelers (correction) and let see if Umm Salal could pretend again. I'm sure Pohang well aware and they are not going to give space instead will narrow down and try breaking your defence apart. You should be trembling now.

  • Either way Seoul FC had their chances in the return leg, so it's pretty silly to put the whole blame on one bad decision by the ref, especially in a two-leg fixture.

  • LOL what do you mean by either way??? since salal won the 1st leg they played all D this match! did you actually see the game? did you see all 11 players of salal were defending!!! even your salal coach admits he played defense this match.

  • at 5:20 we should have brought pillow and blanket for that guy.

  • it's funny how u keep saying "oil money" like u guys don't have money at all ! or maybe oil money is different somehow !.. um salal is a good team, FC seoul is not the first victim, although i think it will be the last coz Nagoya is a good team.

  • Ironic of Koreans to speak of refs after the scandals of WC2002.

  • Ouch ! good one ;)

  • we talked about refs in this match because.......guess which country refs of this match and 1st match were from?? you talk about wc2002, but those refs were not from china or japan or even asia!! just watch the 1st match here in youtube. The ball clearly went in but refs didnt call it. If this was your country wouldn't you be mad?

  • An Iranian and a Japanese. The relationship you see between these ref's nationalities and Salal baffles me!

Regarding the ball you're talking about, no, I wouldn't be MAD, maybe a little upset, but surely I won't go blindly accusing morals just because! If you watch the replays carefully, you should be able to gather that the linesman was way far behind the ball, and his inability to determine exactly if the ball crossed the goal line or not cannot be out of the question.

  • sure right. It's because you guys won. If it was the other way around when ref took away your goal against FC Seoul and lose the match, you will be all over it. I know exactly what you are going to say, " korea bribed ref same as wc 2002!!!" nonsense. Also look at salal players, all acting they are in great pain and wasting so much time...even the goalie. You call that sportsmanship? Winning the match is a one thing, but that is just one sad team.

  • also in your earlier post, you think korea bribed the refs in wc 2002....and we think salal bribed the refs here. what seems to be the problem again? you gave your opinion about wc 2002 and we gave our opinion about this match, but you think your opinion is right and ours is wrong? How come? Are you god or something that knows everything? please explain why your opinion is right and ours is wrong.

  • ignore ugly looser s.korea!!

    we pawned dog eaters perfectly.

ugly loosers are crying and barking at us.

and they still can`t notice that they are

    true cheaters.hahahaha

  • it's losers not loosers. You learn something new everyday eh?

  • @Alwajal56 fc seoul is not s. korea, even a 5 year old knows that. So freakin' retarded...

and about "dog-eaters", it's only a few old people who eat dogs.

Aland Island sucks balls, they never make it to the world cup.

    LOL

you're so swayed by how inferior your team is,

s korea recently won against Japan, Australia 2;0, 3;1 respectively, they never boast about it.

they even beat Germany by 3-1 6 years ago, and it's something that never happens to your team.

  • @Alwajal56

refusing to learn different cultures properly, making biased remarks...

my univ. prof. calls people like you, "lazyheads"

  • To advance to semi or final but not becoming champion is much painful than losing HERE. So there is punishment for every wrongful acting. So shall we laugh while they lose to Nagoya? I'm afraid Manchester City will be taught to pretending to stain premier league. hmmmmm??

  • Umm Salal will face Nagoya anyway. Arabs are happy to pretend, yea this is the problem with Mid Eastern football. Its alright, they have oil to pay the ref. Money talks. Maybe next time the pretenders should be stamp in the face several times, maybe that's what we call 'fair only for Arabs'

  • I was totally disappointed by Umm Salal's play. They played so dirty... They just lied on the ground even though they were not injured.. That's the problem with football in mid eastern countries.

  • if the ref was fair, of course as you all say FC seoul would have advanced.

But all in all, refreeing is the part of game as well. As they say.

  • Umm Salal and here is the hero and Seoul failed

Seoul in Korea on the first periodic

Umm Salal last in the league

    Umm Salal is the hero

  • it's really such a shame that Umm Salal made it to semis. congrat refs!!! this is why nations like Qatar can't qualify for world cup.

  • If the referee didn't do such a stupid thing last week, the result would be 3:3. This game result is 1:1... FC Seoul should have qualified!!!

  • will you blame it on the referees this time too?

  • Sure..Because on the first game, you guys won the match because of ref... Are you so happy to advance to the semi final by ref..? So shameful...

  • Umm Salal :D
