That video was definitely other worldly. It is over the Temple which can make it a good angel. It is not false as it did NOT mislead anyone and it was harmless. It is just another sign from GOD for us to believe in Jesus. If people ignore this sign as a last chance to redeem themselves, they are doomed.

Witness of the Spirit.
"My sheep hear my voice." How do you know that God exists? Witness of the Spirit. How do you know that you are saved? Witness of the Spirit. Without the witness of the Spirit, you will live in fear and doubt, and not be sure of anything. How to do: Listen carefully, and obey. You will make mistakes, but after a while you will develop a sensivity, corresponding to the peace you have in your trust in Jesus. There is no other way to discern, as the human mind is incapable.

@PirateXzibit And you should be careful to call an angel of God a devil. Just ask the Lord first, and He will give you confirmation. And if you cant hear the Lord, to learn that should be your highest priority from now on.
