She died. Because you put her in a box, with no way to refill her hunger. You should have made it a fire. Or used move_objects on cheat and put a car in a fence or wall... or pool. still. All sims have a reason to die. Sometimes, it's a accident, others on purpose, some suicide, others? much darker.
