I just bought this mp3 player but ive been charging it on my computer for a couple hours and it wont switch on. It switched on very briefly a while ago but switched straight off and hasnt been able to turn on since then.
Can you maybe help at all? Any ideas? Thanks so much
@TashyK23 When you turn it on, are you checking that the on/off switch is in the on position, then holding down the play/pause button for about three seconds, sometimes the button may need holding down longer. Otherwise I have never had this problem, so I am unsure what the cause maybe. It may be that the switch is not making contact properly.
It seems you can not put tracks into the playlist folder on the player, i think you might have to do it when you plug it into a computer.
However you put tracks on it from the computer on to the player, do the same, but instead of dropping the files into the music folder, drop them into the 'favourites' folder as well.

All in all the Evo definitely is a good MP3 player and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple audio player for their kids.
