I started my training when i was 14, only with splits. I did not have any other experience in gymnmastics skills. Then i trained for 3-4 years in martial arts. It is nearly 2,5 years that i started upper body strength training, handstands and shoulder flexibility. Now i train 6 times per week for 3-4 hours each day. Hope i helped you.
