  • @Edbrad

    This is an old video.

  • Thumbs up If you think edFart face is a gov agent!

  • @mozadek1. I know for fact that.............edFart is a gov agent. Don't turn your computer off,we might remotely hack it, Lol. ha ha ha . O_0

  • @mozadek1. We know you live in that rented room. Clean it up!!!!!!! Who's watching you? 0_o

  • stop fucking with daywalker

  • The ystill mislead with this report!

NOONE has to pay an income tax, bc it is unconstitutional.

"From freedom to fascism" explains it better then I could, google it and know your rights.

  • @mozadek1. UNITED STATES CODE 4,read the "BUCK ACT." And,do not become FOOL!!!!!! Your answer.

  • People, what everyone needs to do is learn EXACTLY what the code says, and this is very important, HOW it says it. The code IS constitutional, yet taxing your private sector, unprivileged receipts is not. So, how can this be? You have told, and have allowed others to tell the Government your pay IS taxable so they tax you. How the hell did I do that you say? Find out the way I did. Google CRACKING THE CODE by Peter Hendrickson. Go to his website and start reading. Wake-up from the Matrix people.

  • @FredandShell. You need to do more homework !!!! Check-out the "BUCK ACT",that's how you are connected. When are person use Federal Reserve Notes (money),you are connected and must pay taxes. UNITED STATES CODE 4. It's not found in UNITED STATES CODE 26 or UNITED STATES CODE 27. Sorry,Wesley did not know this. I discovered this back in the 1990's.

  • Don't listen to what RATsquid has to say. It is very obvious he's one of the 130,000 IRS PARASITES that are feeding on YOU every day. Google CRACKING THE CODE by Peter Hendrickson. Go to his site LOST HORIZONS and learn what the code REALLY says as apposed to what they want you to THINK it says

    LOL!!!!!

  • He was found not guilty of tax fraud, he was found guiltly for failure to file. This goes out to the gov agent troll who trolls every video like this spouting his nonesense. There is a law to file not to pay a damn thing if you have no federal taxable activity.

  • @aahronb. FOOLISHNESS. If you handle Federal Reserve Notes, then, you are connected and must pay taxes. ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!! With people being stupid!!!!!! Do your homework. Ask God for any answer and He will supply it.

  • taxes were supposed to be for profits and gains. NOT wages or labor. So this tax scam that takes place today IS illegal. Who`s the only guy in congress talking about eliminating the income tax altogether? RON PAUL. Lets get him in office in 2012

  • Compensation for labor or services, paid in the form of wages or salary, has been universally held by the courts of this republic to be income, subject to the income tax laws currently applicable. . . . [Taxpayer] seems to have been inspired by various tax protesting groups across the land who postulate weird and illogical theories of tax avoidance all to the detriment of the common weal [sic] and of themselves. United States v. Romero, 640 F.2d 1014, 1016 (9th Cir. 1981).

  • Retsquid is an IRS stooge. Ignore him.

  • tomeb777 is a troll, listen to him at your own risk.

  • no he's on govn pay off ur taxes so it's in his interest to convince people they have to pay to support his srry ass.

  • I used to think Snipes was a douche bag, but now - because of taking on the IRS - I think he's rad. Even if his movies blow, he's "A-okay" in my book.

    Peace.

  • fuck off 2 jail!!!!

  • I couldnt have said any of it better than RETSQUID, who's intelligent comments, quotes and sources completely apply.

  • Thank you :)

  • Hey Retsquid long time no see;

I came across something called a "Contract for Hire" between employer and an independent individual seeking employment. Got any info on such a thing?

  • Nope, no info. Did you Google it?

ps can't read your channel page.

  • It is clear on the face of this text that it does not purport to confer power to levy income taxes in a generic sense,***AN AUTHORITY ALREADY POSSESSED AND NEVER QUESTIONED.*** Brushaber v. UPRR Company

    JUSTICE BLACKMUN, JUSTICE MARSHALL

  • Section 861

James Binge and Terrence Bentivegna were enjoined from selling fraudulent tax schemes involving sham trusts and the frivolous Section 861 argument—that U.S. citizens are not required to pay taxes on the income they receive inside the United States.

  • Are you kidding me!! he is just a dude who wanted to get away with what ever he could, and whats sad, is the money was wasted on fucking laywers for his problem, see how much they wanted Vr.s the bill, Who are the biggest tax cheating whores in this country,

You don't have to look very far!!I say this with complete conviction, The People who are suppose to rep us, (congress) Banks, Oil Ins co. Why is the dollar worth nothing, Can you see a problem yet! it here, and i don't have the room to

  • MyFree, there's a saying: "None are so enslaved as those who believe they are free."

The income tax and the Federal Reserve are one enormous scam that's been perpetrated on the American people since their creation in 1913.

The 16th amendment was never ratified by the states, and the Supreme Court ruled long ago that the government only has the authority to tax corporate gains, NOT personal income.

Furthermore, NO LAW EXISTS that says we must pay taxes on personal income. NONE.

  • So here it is: Title 26

Sections 1, 61, and 63 impose the tax,

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

  • HomeBoy, find where the code defines "income." Don't say it doesn't need to be defined, because although you and I know what it is, "income" is a legal term, and we're dealing with the law and government, so EVERYTHING needs to be defined, as it usually is.

The question is, why don't they define "income?" Could it be that the U.S. Supreme Court already defined it, as being "gains from corporate activity" and not wages?

  • The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

Whatever source ..without apportionment... or enumeration.

  • HomeBoy, I still want to see where they define "income." Don't you think that is critical?

How do you personally feel about your government seizing the fruits of your labor? Don't you think that's an assault on private property rights? Don't you think that the Founding Fathers would be vehemently opposed to an income tax? (they undeniably were)

A graduated income tax is one of the key provisions of the Communist Manifesto. If you're a socialist and just don't care, then admit it.

  • "How do you personally feel about your government seizing the fruits of your labor? Don't you think that's an assault on private property rights? Don't you think that the Founding Fathers would be vehemently opposed to an income tax? (they undeniably were)"

    I care.

And in all of history taxes have only increased.

    Yea it sucks.

But I bet you pay your taxes

  • Furthermore, HomeBoy, don't hand me the bullshit about an income tax being necessary to fund the military, schools, or roads. Schools are largely funded through local property taxes, the roads through gasoline taxes, and the military's budget (which should be much smaller) is roughly equal to all corporate income taxes (which are Constitutional) collected each year.

The vast majority of income taxes go toward interest on the national debt, largely caused by socialist entitlement programs.

  • it is incomprehensible to me how, in this day, more than 70 years after the institution of our present federal income tax system with the passage of the Revenue Act of 1913, 38 Stat. 166, any taxpayer of competent mentality can assert as his defense to charges of statutory willfulness the proposition that the wage he receives for his labor is not income, irrespective of a cult that says otherwise and advises the gullible to resist income tax collections.

Romero

  • so how come some people are tried and found not guilty for voluntary not paying income tax..

if its voluntary why do the irs use force? i dont get it.

  • There are a handful of people who have avoided criminal (but not civil) penalties by convincing a jury that they were too STUPID or delusional to understand the tax laws and their violations were not willful, but no one has ever won against the IRS in a tax collection case using one of the TPs frivolous arguments.

  • why is it that the last time someone was found guilty in the tax collection case WASN'T ALLOWED TO DEFEND on their part?

  • UNITED STATES of America v.

    Gale E. GREENSTREET,

    No. 2:95-CV-119-J.

    United States District Court,

    N.D. Texas,

    Jan. 18, 1996.

They argued and lost, it happens all the time but it's not 'news'.

  • there are no laws that tell people to pay income tax!!! wake up everyone!!! there has been many people aquitted because in court... the prosecuters could not show any evidence that there is a law, that you have to pay income tax!!!

  • Didn't you listen to the video?

At 0:05 they say he was convicted.

If there 'is no law' then how did they arrest him?

Here is the law: Title 26

    Section 1, imposes the tax

    Section 61 defines Gross income

    Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

  • your talking about the tax code, when filing tax income, you are not talking about the actuall law. if you read and watch some videos on youtube... people are being found not guilty because the prosecution cannot show a law!!! dude wake up and smell corruption. the tax paying system was invented for one reason - to pay for the civil war. before taxing, there were people being taught by teachers, so dont say the money is necessary! all the tax money is still paying for the war in iraq. wake up

  • You have some serious problems.

Title 26 is the compilation of income tax LAWS, Snipes was found GUILTY of violating those LAWS.

The petitioners argument that the Internal Revenue Code was not enacted by Congress is equally meritless. The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was enacted by the 83rd Congress on August 16, 1954 (ch. 736, 68A Stat. 3) and has been amended by Congress with some frequency since that time.

Urban v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 1991-220, affd. per curiam

  • "all the tax money is still paying for the war in iraq"

    Really?

Personal income tax accounts for 43% of the Federal budget or $1.1 Trillion.

You think 'all' of that is going to Iraq?

  • There are a handful of people who have avoided criminal (but not civil) penalties by convincing a jury that they were too STUPID or delusional to understand the tax laws and their violations were not willful, but no one has ever won against the IRS in a tax collection case using one of the TPs frivolous arguments ('like there is no law').

Even if you 'win' in criminal court they will get thier money in civil court.

  • "they will get thier money in civil court. "

    LOL

It isn't ever their money, it's the Federal Reserve corporations

  • LOL!!!

Fine, you can send me all of that Federal Reserve money you have.

  • Interestingly enough, we can convert it to anything that one is trading for. We can back it ourselves.

Mine will be converted to either metals, property in central continent or some sort of Asian stocks. Soon.

How long do you think it will last?

  • " We can back it ourselves."

Which is what we do now.

How long will it last? No clue. :)

  • sniped: First: paying income tax isn't voluntary, regardless of what some people claim.

Second: Some people are able to convince a jury that they didn't know they had to pay income tax. Basically it's the "I'm stupid so have pity on me" defense. Even when these people are acquitted they are still liable for all of the tax owed, plus interest and penalties. What's sad is that oftentime the penalties will be more than the original tax due.

  • Then please refer me to the piece of legislation that asked that we can pay tax. I just saw the movie by AaronRusso now and I have myself been cecking to find the piece of legislation that defines income as wages and that requests that we pay income tax. I ask as i am curious not becos i am being a dick. P.S: i do pay taxes :))

  • oneki: the first bit of advice I have for you is to ignore anything you saw in Russo's video regarding income tax. Every bit of it is wrong. The statutes requiring us to file and pay income tax are all in Section 1 of the U.S. Code. Google "Tax Protestor FAQ". This FAQ is written by an attorney and covers all the codes and the most common arguments against income tax. Don't be suckered in by the various theories telling you it's illegal. It will only lead to bad times.

  • paying taxes is against the law!especially when this is your land.....(race card?) pleeasse!

  • Good for you Mr. Snipes. The Federal Government has no constitutional authority to steal money from our paychecks. What do they do with that money anyway?

They get us into no-win wars that kill hundreds of thousands for no reason.

They're making an example out of him because they know that what they're doing with the 17th amendment is immoral and illegal under the constitution.

    Ron Paul 2008!!!

  • I hear this all the time, while people go to jail for not filing their taxes. If what you say were true, this practice would have ended long ago.

Wesley is in jail because of the advice of scammers like you!

  • The flaw in your logic, Violinaire, is that you're assuming our government follows the rule of law.

You're sadly mistaken if that's what you believe, good sir.

Look no further than our FBI's continued violation of the 4th Amendment which protects us from unwarranted searches and seizures for an example of such violations.

Our government cannot be trusted. Dissent is the key to progress. Our founding fathers knew this well, which is why the constitution was written - to LIMIT our gov't...

  • Violinaire1, the Nazies imprisoned scores of people who followed the advice of people who knew that what the Nazies were doing were illegal and immoral, to put it mildly.

Were those advice givers scammers? No, no more than Americans today who see the IRS and Federal Reserve for what they are, a monumental fraud.

Sure, many still go to jail, but that doesn't make the IRS a legitimate organization in the eyes of the Constitution.

  • Hey Wes im the victim of bad financial advice too. But I still pay my taxes......you ass!

  • Bye bye, Wesley...as predicted, you got three years in prison.

  • And then you hear some uneducated motherfuckers coming up with arguments along the lines of "there is no law that requires U.S. citizens to pay an income tax". Then on what basis was this and many other people charged?

  • people kill, murder and not even face jail time, and someone does not pay taxes and faces jail time??? we are indeed a fucked up country with a fucked up system...childmeloster even get probabation. This is fucked up

  • @shawnwwe. Never mess with the money. When a person bucks the system, the powers, will make an EXAMPLE out of them. RULE # 1: Never be a guinea pig. Investigate the source, search them out.

  • I guess when WW3 happens and we get hit with nukes all this racism won't matter. Right!

Life is too short live it, love it treasure it. Love and Hate were never friends. Love and understanding are friends. Practice it

    before its too late!

  • Also, pay taxes so you can continue to do all of the other things.

  • why do you pay your taxes then? if you don't want to contribute your share, move out, simple as that.

  • land of the free! lol

  • so how do they do it in finland? they don't put people in jail, for breaking the law?

  • The United States has 5 percent of the world's population and 25 percent of the world's incarcerated population. It ranks first in the world in locking up citizens.

  • There is no law that you have to pay your taxes

  • 26 US Code sections 1, 7203

  • who told you that? i think u better read up on it. 26 US Code sections 1, 7203. dont pay yours, and see what happens. im not sure if welefare recipents have to file?

  • This guy just got sentenced. Justice.

Tired of black people using the race card to try and get away with crimes. Looks like the federal government is sick of it too. Guess there is hope after all.

  • When did he use the race card? I'm not familiar with this case.

  • i agree, the race card is way overused. i can't believe the race card, was pulled on this situation? another thing on my mind is when mlk was assinated, why did black people riot all over the usa, burn thier citys down, hurt people? thats exactlly what he was preaching not to do in situations! and they wonder why white people cross the street when a thuged out black person is walking towards them down the sidewalk. u wanna be looked at as= you better start acting=only true niggers respond please

  • He just got three years in prison today so he sure didn't win

Pay your taxes people. Don't listen to anyone who tells you not to.

  • Snipes didn't win...he cut a deal. Since the IRS are a bunch of thugs they reduced the charges from conspiracy to failure to do (something). He can still get 3 years and he will have to pay his taxes...just maybe slightly less income...and greatly more criminal.

  • I just hope he goes back to making some decent big budget action films. Could care less what he does with his money. As long as it's not going in the hands of some murdering criminal, WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK?

  • I hope for Wesley Snipes that he has a lot of luck.....he is a great acteur and a wondeful man..I think...Wesley...good luck!!!!!

  • I can overstand that you are a hater, but the truth is if you a caucasion, that you guys have been getting away with it all along. I take that back, you white wealthy guys. You should be mad at the elite here making all the rules for them. Oh and by the way thanks for calling him or anyone of us niggers. It does'nt make me mad or angry at all because of me knowing the real true meaning. Look it up, and stop showing your ignorance towards things you know nothing of

  • wow, talking about making no sence. 2 clear things up, the word nigger has no color! im not a hater, im all for everyone being, and feeling equal! im just point out some effects from, some not such good homes. no i am not rich by any means. the 70's doublewide is home enough 4me, and we have a happy family. yes upper guys, need to help these situations out too! white and black! small example that makes me sick is multi millionairs who preach gangster, spend 400k on mink interior, than helping kids

  • Actually the word nigger does have color. Look up the roots of the word. I used to think the same until I actually read more than one definition, (always have 3 sides to a story)

  • i meant the n word has no color to me. to me i guess its more about a persons lifestyle that cares not about the feelings of others, a theif, murderer, ect. i do use the word, but it is not directed toward black people at all! i know it's not the best choice of words to use because of my idoit ancesstors who owned slaves, which im sorry for. i wish i was in a place where i could build community centers where needed, just amazes me that so many in that position dont, rather than mansions, bling

  • Blade, ready to die?

Man I aint paying no muthafuckin taxes!

  • This is stupid on so many levels. Watch the Snipes coverage posted on CNN's website. I wish our glorious f**king media were this aggressive and confrontational with our so-called elected officials and the scum at the top of the governmental food chain. If they only showed the same vigor reporting on real news as they show reporting on the Hollywood nonsense.

  • You hate it! but don't be a hater.

  • yes he should be found innocent because he is black. snipes pulling the race card here,is the stupidest thing i ever heard.you dont file taxes for 6 years=you go to prison! willie nelson did! funny phenomen, every retarded nigger sticking up 4 a criminal nigger, you look in his favorite videos, and 95% of the time they are ganster rap. it has nothing 2 do with the color of his skin! sharpton, and jackson is all over this 1 too im sure! im sure you think oj and vick are innocent too,n just racial

  • Please, please, bone6966 shut the fuck up and die swiftly. Your comment makes as little sense as your existence.

  • what about it makes no sence? if i dont file taxes, im sure i'd go to prison. im 4 the black man rising up, as any black person is! but this race card crap has got to stop! whitey is not out to hold the black man back! they are not as many racist as black people think. screw my idoit ancestors who had slaves, thats done with thankfully! sharpton n jackson should be focusing on building community centers, in high crime black areas, not stirring crap up, with ever white black conflict. The law will

  • Find the Law that says we as Americans have to pay a tax on our income? I dare you!

  • Title 26 United States Code.

  • you need to read Cracking the Code.

  • By Peter E. "I Lost My Ass In The Sixth Circuit And Failed To Convince Them Of Anything I Wrote In That Book" Hendrickson.

  • Please, spare me the b.s. about "playing the race card". The Race card was played by Whites for over 500 years, with devastating "REAL" consequences for People of color Worldwide.

Entire civilizations were destroyed, by your Rape, Murder(600 MILLION) & Greed. So now you are saying that if a black person brings up the fact that he lives in a racist society & that these are the repercussions of living in such a hostile environment that he is somehow delivering a low blow. YOU'VE GOT SOME NERVE!!
