The cobalts highest trap that day was 108. His only problem is hooking up. From a roll he would destroy me. My car (the ms3) made 269hp and 290ftlbs. on a dynojet. No lies... Not saying one is better than the other.
jackson lies ive owned both cars, cobalt is a much better powerplant, a ko4 couldnt handle 26 lbs and there are people like 340 whp on 24 lbs? the ms3 was prob around 250whp with those simple mods
True that's why G.M. used the Cobalt in the nationals to show how good the car is and it would win every time against the best Hondas. Very consistent. The Cobalt's motor is one of the best 4cyl out there. Very highly tunable.
Oh and in this race the Balt ran a 13.88 and the MS3 13.79
The fastest time for the cobalt was 13.78 and the fastest time for the Mazda was 13.73. The cobalt was trapping at least 3mph faster than the MS3 though...

"tuned to 26 psi" this balt should trap at least 6-10mph more than the mazda. Anyway this proves the amount of "psi" isnt the whole story

Cobalt is turbo back exhaust with intake and charge piping. Also it is tuned to 26psi.
The MS3 has short ram intake and turbo inlet on stock tune.
