Yes it will work with all Headset games, however not all games will support the HQ mode, SOCOM and some new games do however.

and the HQ mode just ensures theres no buzzing and its clearer....

Well, honestly, the PS3 has free online. Therefore, they don't put much funding into the online service. The mic is as clear as they can get without spending a fortune to make it crystal. The Xbox 360 has GREAT quality, bu that is because it's $50 a year. The PS3 official Bluetooth (the one in this video) has good quality compared to other bluetooths for it. And just so everyone knows, I like both systems equally for different reasons, so don't bash me.
