And those "big" numbers are greatly exaggerated, as the show was on Sunday nights, being beaten by reruns of CARTOONS on Fox (and then returning to CN after it), then it switched to Tuesday nights, and while it's doing a tad better, the 9PM encore airings have stopped recently with cartoons airing after it.

Rex wasn't promoted until very late February (and G.Rex only got great promotion in the weeks of April, when it premiered), whereas UH began promotion much earlier that same month. And it was extremely big, more than G. Rex and AT (which had promotion since Dec., so I'll give you half of that).
