Threw millions at him and he fell into the trap of drugs and alcohol and he became lost and he couldn't get himself out. Who cares what "history" they had? Beyond the fact that Haim kept sabotaging himself and their friendship, Susie was his wife. Of course she's going to support him and be there for major things in his life, and that was something Haim himself couldn't wrap his mind around. He was still stuck in 1987 where everything was "The Coreys"! Well, that was over. And while friends are important, his wife deserves his solidarity. Especially all the times Haim disrespected her.

No one said that his previous friendships become obsolete. He had tons of friends around at his house - he had Todd Bridges, another very old friend - and Susie didn't seem to mind. The problem wasn't her and it wasn't Feldman - it was Haim. It's so screamingly obvious. How anyone could stand up for his behavior is mindblowing.

There are no "bad guys" in all of this. BTW, I'm not excusing Corey Haim's behavior. My issue is that Corey Haim was deep into his addiction. Everybody around him knew it, Corey Feldman most of all. Season two was about Feldman helping his friend Haim defeat his addiction. Susie Feldman needed to understand that and back off and stop subtly interferring with that process. If she had, perhaps Corey Haim might still be here.

I think you're interpreting what happened with this show as having anything to do with his death. His toxicology report was clean. The fact is, when you accumulate years of hard drug use or abuse of Rx medications, you permanently injure you're body. The same thing happened with Brittany Murphy. You could be completely clean, but an OTC drug reaction or a complication from your past abuse can still kill you if you're not in good health.

I think Season 2 was more about their repairing their friendship - and that couldn't be done if Haim first didn't acknowledge that his drugs were completely altering the person Feldman knew and loved. I'm sure he'd have been more than happy to support Haim through it, if Haim would have even been willing to admit it. But the WHOLE season up til ep 10 was him DENYING it and acting like everyone else was out to get him.

I simply don't believe the Feldmans bear any responsibility when Haim lied.

I understand that Haim's mother is considering a lawsuit against the pharmacies that just supplied those medications without discernment. Apparently this is rampant in the celebrity circles. Case in point, another Feldman close friend, Michael Jackson, died because of pharmacies looking the other way with celebrities.

I agree.However prolonged drug use can make someone susceptable to siezers or a heart attack if taken off cold turkey.Drugs such as xanax,ativan and all other perscribed anti anxiety/taper off drugs are usually perscribed to prevent such things.I believe that he died from a heart condition due to prolonged use of these drugs.I don't think it was just an all out overdose/suicide.

In Haim's defense, Feldman acted equally childish, if not more, bc he had Floozie behind him...oops, I mean Susie behind him spurring him on during the fight. She just can't keep her mouth shut.

Because Haim's mom has enabled him for years. Susie cares for Haim because Feldman does. She's put up with quite a bit from Haim. The Feldmans may be in defensive mode... but the botom line is they want to help Haim. No one can watch this and not see how Haim is clearly under the influence of drugs. (and yes, "prescription drugs" are drugs. I truly hope Haim can get the help he needs and the 3 of them can rebuild their relationship.

I don't argue with you there. Haim at least had an excuse for how he was acting... (not that it's an excuse..)

But, as a wife, I felt that Suzie's best course of action would've been to keep her comments minimal rather than launching a full-scale verbal attack on the guy's MOTHER.

Maybe its that she is a little younger than the two Coreys, but I find her behavior is often a bit inappropriate.

Because the producers of the show aren't responsible to monitor him like a child. They can step in & maybe say "Hey this isn't a good idea" but ultimately, he is a legally competent adult.
