@kcbb5239 I still use retin A sometimes, but not after a treatment. Wait about 2-3 days before using retin A and definitely don't use it right after a treatment or it will sting really bad. Wait until your skin feels healed and is no longer pink or tender from the treatment. Perhaps don't even use it for the first month if you can. You will find that you probably won't need to use the Retin A after multiple treatments as the PMD will do the work for you.
@TheLiMaHe I ran out of the Shiseido stuff and I did another updated video that I believe I linked. I have since started using the PMD at home microdermabrasion and NuBrilliance . I'm not sure if the Retin A did so much for spots, but it really cleared up any acne or blemishes I had!
