I eat like crazy junk food at night before i sleep but i eat a healthy lunch, no matter what, i dnt gain weight.. I'm not underweight but i wanna be chubby lol
My body is all bones, my skin and hair are embarrassingly dull, my baby girl sleeps happier in her dads soft arms and not my boney stick thin arms, I have no boobs just floppy post pregnancy skin, my nails are discoloured and my teeth are bad. I have trouble sleeping, concentrating and feel low most of the time. I can't enjoy life. I'm not anorexic nor do I have any common eating disorder. It's just a bad not eating habit I've kept since childhood, I'm now 27. It's the same as people overweight.
hello ive been under wieht all my life.but im the house hold trash compacter!i eat every thing! ive also had a very healthy 9 pound baby...for how tiny i am thats big! but after him i lost more wieght then i had befor him! so i began lean muscle training.but sence my lower belly muscles have been so stuborn to tighten...every time i eat big meals i get a really bloated look!im looking for small portion meals with high cals,carbs and protiens.any ideas? :)
Hello I was a underweight before. Till I reached 17 years old, I weighed.. 32kilos.. But When I started to have a balance diet and a proper exercise I am not underweight now.. Im 21 And I am 44kilos

i tried eatin bigger portions and it jus made me uncomfortable the whole day and my stomach feel distended. will protein supplements help and if so which one the right one for women

@jonashi1 maybe you should just try eating at more frequent intivals..like 3 meals and 3 snacks per day
