Perhaps because other people dó like the song. I cringe whenever I hear those weird ass Spanish songs. Some of them are okay, the majority is not. Mind you, this is my opinion, and so do you have an opinion. And really, there are hardly any popular songs on FIFA, that's what it's famous for. But again, some may like songs, others may not, and therefore you can turn them off in the playlist.
