the banks encouraged liars loans because they were counterfeiting the notes and had more to gain by them defaulting and collecting on multiple CDS for the same note. Shorting the mortgage 20-30 times is more valuable to them than just collecting on the one mortgage. And AIG got bailed out for this crap, just so the banks could collect on their CDS

I am personally experiencing all of this and more. The fraud game is over for me and at least 2 other people I know personally. The NOTE and Mortgage have been seperated and fraudulently assigned to a pretender lender (plaintiff) with fraudulent insiders of the plaintiff to do so. The attorney is now complicit in the sceme. Though I must say the judge is awake and informed ! Especially since he recieved a letter from Ohio Att.Gen Richard Cordray ! dated Sept 28 !

This man is telling the truth. Anyone who does not believe him has not witnessed people going through these situations with their mortgages. Banks did indeed mislead people. News reports are popping up all over now of how banks never reviewed applicants that qualified and just wrote them off to be foreclosed.
Counties are owed money now by the banks and that is how the government officials are now stepping in.

This guy is pulling the wool over your eyes. He is up for re-election and is doing this to get votes. The Florida AG is already looking into this before he ever started saying anything. Ask him why he doesn't have the AG go after the lawyers that are producing the fraudulent paperwork. Why hasn't he gone to the DOJ and asked them to start an investigation. I am not saying he doesn't care but look at what he is really doing...why hasn't he done something that isn't already being done?

Grayson isn't just thinking of Florida, he is thinking of the entire country. Before he can submit a bill in the House that won't get shoved into the circular file, he must first call attention to the nationwide fraud.
By the way, he is a federal employee. He does not work for the state of Florida, so it is up to state reps to go after their AG.

Here is the problem with this guy. He is doing this just to get re-elected. Ask him what he has done outside of the political venue and the interviews. He has done nothing. Why hasn't he gone to the DOJ and asked them to start an investigation? Why hasn't he asked the Florida Attorney General to go after the judges that let the lawyers get these mortgages thru without proper standing or even proper paperwork.

But the Republicans controlled all three branches from 2003-2006, so they "caused this mess in the first place."
