Also, you said the Father and Son are one. I looked this up and Jesus prays "that they may be one as we are one"(Jn 17:11). So Jesus prays, and the exact opposite of what he prays comes true. I agree. I love it. There is no other doctrine of the soul that is as consistent. it's a very proactive religion as well, with a good wry sense of humour. I am planning to convert to orthodox judaism which i think will be immensely enriching...despite having accumulated lots of achievements the last 10 years without God have felt quite empty, but i couldn't be Christian again, i am quite sure it is a bluff!! This guy should read Ezekiel 18: the one who sins shall die and the one who repents is forgiven. Aside from this the Biblical picture of animal sacrifice is not substitutionary nor penal. In the one case where sin is transferred to an animal (the Scapegoat) it is chased into the desert not killed.

Also, you said the Father and Son are one. I looked this up and Jesus prays "that they may be one as we are one"(Jn 17:11). So Jesus prays, and the exact opposite of what he prays comes true. Hundreds of divided denominations, wars, and persecutions within Xtianity. Wouldn't you think that the second person of a three person God would have a little more power and pull?

I am planning to convert to orthodox judaism which i think will be immensely enriching...despite having accumulated lots of achievements the last 10 years without God have felt quite empty, but i couldn't be Christian again, i am quite sure it is a bluff!! This guy should read Ezekiel 18: the one who sins shall die and the one who repents is forgiven. Aside from this the Biblical picture of animal sacrifice is not substitutionary nor penal. In the one case where sin is transferred to an animal (the Scapegoat) it is chased into the desert not killed.

2) Moskowitz is confused! Every iota of Jewish religious, ethical, moral & legal law or custom MUST tie directly back to the Old Testament or the Courts of jewish law & the Rabbis wouldn't accept it. Nothing changed in Orthodox judaism from when the Old Testament was given by G-d. The oral law (explained in Post (1) ) or the 'Mesorah' was passed down from G-d to Moses to this day.

4) Judaism is a perfect, encompassing religion. The J /Xtian thing is irrellevant, superflous & incongruous to Judaism. It's like a skyscraper (ie. judaism) next to a tent (ie. the xtian's). The Xtian religion is a 180 degrees from the principles of the Old Testament. A perfect religion for those ignorant of the true bible. Judaism doesn't need or want 'J'. Judaism like every other religions contradict with God's true purposes. Yeshua, Jesus reincarnated himself ,and was born as the promised messiah.God even made it possible for Abraham and Sarah to have a child despite of their advance age. So why not? Jesus said clearly told them that all things were possible to him and for him. And yes Jesus always existed even before he came as the messiah. He later (John 10:34-39) goes onto note that he's only talking about his purpose. In John 14:28 he specifically notes that he's lesser than Yahweh, plus he's constantly talking to Yaweh, and in Matt 3:16-17 Yahweh introduces Jesus in 3rd person.

No genius, Deuteronomy was written b4 Jesus, and it warns of false prophets who use magic to win people over... The Messiah wouldn't have performed miracles to convince the Jews because that's not what is expected from the Jewish messiah. It's actually a red flag that Jesus was a false propet.

God dosesn't=Messiah in Jewish theology. He absolutely DID (according to the myths in the Gospels) perfom signs of wonder, like walking on water, turning water to wine, etc. Jesus is not the most real being tere is, in fact there is no contemporary reference to him in existence. Jesus isn't the first risen savior either (Mithra, Horus, Dionysus, Nommo, Apollonius of Tyana, Adonis, etc). He'll judge me? How do you know Krishna won't judge you?

Adam and Eve is fictional, but no, they didn't rebel...they didn't know the difference between right and wrong until they ate from the tree of Knowledge. The Serpent (which Yahweh put in the garden with the clueless A&E for some reason) rebeled against Yahweh.
The Christian trinity-god is different from Yahweh (Hebrew god), who didn't burn people in an eternal Hell. Only Jesus said there was an eternal hell in his death cult, which does not follow Hebrew theology.

His purpose was to lead the Jews back to the promised-land (Messanic prophecy), which he claimed he would do within the very first generation who witnessed him (Matthew 23:36, Matthew 24:34, Mark 13:30, Luke 21:32). Of course this didn't happen.
The Gentiles embraced it b/c Paul taylored the Christian cult for Gentiles specifically.
Jesus never once claimed to be Yahweh, and repeating a false claim doesn't make it anymore true. Performing miracles was distinctly noted as a trick in the Torah.

Actually Jesus, who happens to be God , is the only one that can perform miracles of any kind. Jesus was also the only one certified that paid our heavy sinful debt on the cross. Jesus , his disciples or Paul also never mentioned Christianity. Jesus always embraced faith, not religion. Religion is Satan's idea to confuse people. God opposes religion. The Torah isn't the only part of the Bible. The Torah doesn't explain the messianic prophesy.

The bible was still being written after that by other prophets God has chosen. It was until the New Testament was written that the Bible was finally completed. The messiah already came ,and we are waiting for his return which is the final prophesy in the Bible. Finally that day will be the end of Satan's curse. Which started the day when Eve and Adam ate from the tree of knowledge between good and evil. When God warned them not to. That same God is Jesus Christ in the flesh. The savior!

@Metalic,The messiah already came the first time to die on the cross by paying our debt for our sins ,and then resurrected from the dead the third day. Those that believe in Jesus Christ as our savior ,and repents directly to him. He will save those. When the messiah returns he will judge all the living and the dead in Israel. Those that are unrepentant and disbelieve will all be casted in hell forever. Jesus is patient ,and is giving everyone a fair chance to accept his salvation proposal.

All that is written in the Bible did happen. All the prophesies in the bible were made possible by Jesus ,and him only. Eventually the remaining prophecy mentioned in revelations will be done by Jesus as well.
