the only issu eyou may run into is getting H264 to play on the Vierra. Each device handles MPEG spec a little different. The key is finding an Export that creates a MPEG stream that your device will play. You may need to run several tests. You can create a custom Export and save it as a Preset in the Export dialog. No ISO needed - it's just a simple video file. The Side By Side is handled by the 3D TV. Just make sure to set CIneform to Side By Side before you Export.
I'am looking for an option to play 3D on my vierra through a Harddisk of SD card. My pc is too far from the tv set. I their any option apart from burning bluray disks?
You can use any media. I use my card slot in my PS3 to test 3D files all the time - it saves time and discs. You just need to Export the file in Side By Side mode and then put the 3D TV in Side By Side mode (on the remote) and play the file. Use an H264 Export option - typically AppleTV works fine but most of the other ones do as well. You may need to experiment as each playback device handles H264 spec a little different. The new er devices like AppleTV2, Roku work as well.
so I don't need to make any ISO export, I just can use a SBS file / H264 solo on my sd card. Ajust the tv settings, 3D glasses on and play?
And I can use the SD slot on the Panasonic TV or a Harddisc with USB on this TV?

@SenoreQueso
Download a trial and when it's over. Format your computer.
Repeat process. + new email account.
That's the best legal way.

Would cheap green/magenta glasses be sufficient? they're dirt cheap on Ebay, but I'm skeptical.

They work fine.
I'd buy Blue(Cyan)/RED as well and see what you like better. They are both fairly cheap. I like Cyan/RED better for aligning.
