  • i wish they would make this as a new tv show

  • "All Good Things...": a much more intriguing "future" than all four TNG films combined could muster.

  • I used to draw fire like you.... then i took an arrow in the knee

  • LMAO.....THE AAAAAAAHHHHHH SHIT PHASER CANON.

  • I'm tempted to buy the Blu-Ray release of TNG just to see this scene in HD lol.

  • In this future, at some point, Riker took the Enterprise on "Pimp My Starship".

  • I'll see if I can get their attention... promptly destroys a Negh'Var Heavy Battle Cruiser.

  • @phattyarbuckle Were the klingons shields even up? Who made that weapon Species 8472?

  • Well smack my ass and call me Shirley, it's 1994 and I'm watching VHS quality TNG again!

  • You know its badass because it has THREE warp nacelles.

  • Riker looks a lot different than Frakes is today

  • A third penis and a laser beam that disregards the shields. I just had an orgasm.

  • at 0:18 Will Riker is the master of understating

  • what is the registry number on the saucer it looks a little like NCC-1701-D

  • @MegaTitanicboy -- It was the Enterprise-D, just with a third warp nacelle and some other upgrades.

  • @JimHadar1 Upgrades....whoa...

  • @MegaTitanicboy This was the Enterprise-D from an alternate/possible future. This future didn't happen of course, because the producers wanted to make a new ship. :p

  • Spinal Phaser Lance DIE KLINGONS (or any other race that gets in the way)

  • So THAT'S how you get the Klingons' attention...

  • The technical term for that - in the real world - is a keel gun.

A good example is the A-10 Warthog. The plane is built around the gun, and it's center-axis because if the weight or the recoil were off-axis it would do very bad things to the plane. Just like on a ship - which is why it's called a keel gun.

  • @kentercat -- they call it a "keel gun" because it keels any mofo crazy enough to get in the way, right? lol

  • The best finale of pretty much any series anywhere. SO MANY SHOWS just botch the finale completely, but TNG went out in incredible style. I get a shiver when Q says his farewells.

  • TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE!!!!

  • Riker: "I'll see if I can get the Klingons' attention. Helmsman, Riker Maneuver Alpha...y'know, a wicked upward spiral rollover 720 McTwist thingy. Weapons officer, arm forward murdercannon bank, set power to 'Rip Several New Assholes', and fire at will."

  • im detecting large amounts of win in this sector

  • The Klingons in the next ship only heard one word on the bridge when Admiral Riker showed up, "RRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNN!!!!!!"

  • what the hell kind of laser is that?? its like a beam of pure death

  • Wow, the new Enterprise has a 3rd cock...pretty sweeet!

  • Captain! Sensors detect an utter asskicking in progress!

  • Isn't that a little much to destroy the entire ship? and yes I know it is fake.

  • owned. lol

  • "Direct hit sir! Their core is going critical. I'm detecting a massive buildup of WIN!"

  • Best season finale ever.

  • This is one of my most favorite scenes in all of Star Trek: TNG. I loved how the Enterprise turned those Klingons into swiss cheese.

  • @ChrisCa1601 - Agreed. I came buckets when the retrofitted NCC-1701-D(OOM) (``Holy crap, THREE nacelles?!?``) soared into the frame, and then refilled the buckets several times when it fired its F-You Phaser. Blammo!

  • So I guess spaceships can now move in 3-D.

  • They're firing pure awesome. No shield can repel that!

  • @AWriterWandering "Firing pure awesome"... lol I love it!

  • i remember watching this with my dad. we were both like DAMN! well, i was just a kid, but you get the idea.

  • The visual effects are good, but the sound effects kind of suck.

  • @transfan1988 fuck the effects this was an incredible story and Stewart was amazing in it

  • Yes

  • It's nice to finally see a Federation starship make more than one phaser blast every minute...and them actually having an effect.

  • trombone minuet shorty bob newhart new orleans saints superbowl 2010

  • Data used a contraction. "it's the Enterprise".

  • @wantsvictory He also said "But... she DOES make me laugh." My guess is further enhancements allowed for it too. Lol

  • @jrny8791 What's so unusual about saying DOES. That's a normal word. Just a different form of the word do. Does is not a contraction. Doesn't would be the contraction.

Anyway, your general thought is correct I'm sure. This is about another 25 years in the future so eventually Data was able to use contractions, probably because of programming enhancements I guess.

  • @Slikrik1212 Nono, I was using the same emphasis on it that Data did -- the fact that Data could laugh at that time (Data in the TNG timeline had not yet gotten his emotion chip yet either -- so it was further enhancement.)

  • it's assumed since it's the future, that he implanted Dr Soong's emotion chip.

  • The Old Riker is badass XD

  • In all fairness...this is pretty awesome!!

"...let's make sure that history never forgets...the name...Enterprise."

  • That ship is amazing!!! Like a smooth cadallac:)

But I doubt Riker would be the Captain of that baby.. In all honesty he was not a very good officer. A ladies man sure, but whenever he gets in the Captains seat either

    1. The Care is Ejected

    2. The Enterprise crashes its saucer section into a planet.

    3. Klingons gets the shield frequncy

    4. He tries to Kill Picard

    5. He betrays the Federation

    6. Joysticks pop out the seat..

    ..I can keep going..

  • Hahahahhahaa

amazing! Perfect, LOOOL cant use appropriate words for such laughing ; ))))))

  • 6. That was the Enterprise E. ;)

  • @sagequan Starfleet regulation #257.4: "Officers must never eject the Care. Starships cannot function on Neglect alone."

But seriously... I hate it when joysticks pop out of the seat lol.

  • @sagequan

In all fairness, Troi crashed the saucer. Damn women drivers....

  • I "think" he got their attention right lol.

  • I thought the Negh'Var was the best ship the Klingons had? But then, it is 20 years old by the time shown here...

  • Gene Rodenberry in great new bio (All About Jeffrey Hunter) at amazon!

  • that is such a great moment in TNG :-D

  • owned

  • Compressed phasers... :)

  • The "Enterprise-X" can be build and used in the game "Birth Of The Federation".

  • Don't mess with the ENTERPRISE

  • You can see the seal on Riker's old man make-up.

  • Not a baby seal, I hope.

  • LOL man that Galaxy refit is one baddas of a starfleet ship :D.

  • it is a true beauty get her dst version you will love it

  • lol, grey worf dreads.

  • nice to see even after all those years the old galaxy class still packs one hell of a punch

  • Guess shields are optional in the future

  • Well.... you see theo... if the phasers are at the same wave length as the shield (like in Generations) it'll go through the ship.

  • true or if the weapons surpass the shields the shields will collapse I mean those were kickass phaser banks right there haha

  • Thats not a bank, its a canon :P

  • yep according to most trek fan sites its a type xx ` borg buster ` phaser cannon

or as the klingons call it AAAAAAHHHHH!!! SHIT!!!!

  • LOL:))))

Nicely said i just fell of my chair:))

  • @thanqualhighseer The klingons call it "its a good day to day"

  • was this the last episodeof tng

  • Yep, that was the last one.

  • Last Television episode.

  • darting holes in the klingon ships !awesome! thats brannon braga at his best

  • Best last episode ever

  • My favorite bit of the whole epsisode. Cheers

  • That enterprise kicks asss!

  • Riker loves to kill Klingons!

  • Anybody notice how much Worf looks like Predator in this episode?

  • dude ur kinda right

  • It's the hair, lol.

  • What the hell are you?

    WOHT THE HELL ARE YOU?

  • I gotta say, I loved the refitted version of the Enterprise-D much better than the Enterprise-E. I just felt Generations was nothing short of a cop out transition movie to prepare for big films like First Contact. That would have been just as good with this Enterprise fighting the Borg.

  • Truer were word have never been spoken.

  • Roddenberry would never have liked that refit of the Enterprise- he specifically said nacelles should always be even numbered.

Well, folks, I'm a (student) director, not an astro-physicist. Is there any theoretical reason an Alcumberie warp system would not function that way? I know the system is theoretically possible, so............

  • Awesome scene...

  • Woooh, Worf looks crazy awsome when he's old. Piccard reminds me of Rip van Winkle with that gimpy beard though.. >_>

  • You're a retard. Black people rock. Get off the internet you ingnorant n00b.

  • I ment black people are awsome. Now stop commenting on this page and get off the internet you racist jackass.

  • i dont like racism but you cant deny a human of their views

    just morality

  • I can if their views are just shy of being hate-crimes

  • Cool how that Galaxy-X vessel (The future Enterprise-D seen in this vid) has beaten those Voo'Dieh class Battleships.

  • Does Anyone Have The Full Episode Of The please :)

  • I enjoy this clip because with the exception of some of the Dominion War stuff (and the Mutara Nebula trickery vs Khan), this is one of the only times that a ship battle took place in three dimensions, compared to the usual two-dimensional naval-esque battles of Trek.

  • I remember watching this when it first aired and at that moment saying out loud, "They broke the plane!"

    Simple pleasures....

  • this enterprise is the best version the third nacelle the phaser cannon and the cloak makes it awsome, but i wonder if the enterprise could seperate the saucer from the hull like it originally could.

  • Poor Worf, still being alive at such an age.

  • Same problem they had on DS9, when major battles took place, there was no shields! LOL. That cannon is no doubt very powerful, but no way can it bypass Klingon shields.

  • ... It could bust through a Serinax Dreadnought...

  • Its Phase cannon is overkill so it can blow a hole in a borg cube .

  • that third nacelle just shouldnt be there. overkill

  • If you're talking about Enterprise D, you're right, 'cos he was heavily damaged during her crash landing on Veridian III and then demolished.

  • yah but this is an alternate timeline...

what i meant was that it doesnt look good at all.... like having a car with 8 wheels...

sure itll be more stable but they wont do your car much good on the looks side

and 8 wheels is way too much for the size of a regular sedan.... just like 3 nacelles is too much for a ship like 1701D given the size of a nacelle

  • I'm not big into constructions.

  • you'll see if you can get their attention? they're DEAD!

  • cannon beam cuts right through that klingon ship's shield? wtf? they made it ridiculiously powerful. lol

  • I am looking for the finial comments between the captain and Q But I never find it. Can someone load and than email me.

  • That Phaser Lance is awesome!!

  • the enterprise 1701 wouldn't stand a chance

  • That phaser cannon is on acid!

  • LOL!

  • The best episode I'd ever saw!

  • I used the clip in one of my videos, and I explained how powerful the phaser was by saying it was a stream of antimatter. lol

  • They fucked that klingon ship up

  • this was so awesome - seeing the enterprise with a third warp engine and a huge phaser launcher taking out a klingon ship in just a few shots. ahhhh

  • I haven't seen the episode for a while so i'll take your word for it. sorry :-).

  • Well, relations between the Romulans and the Federation must have got better, Unless it was an exchange of technology, and nullifying the Treaty of Algeron.

(Note: Well the Klingons exchanged 3 D7 battlecruisers for Romulan cloaking technology.)

  • you did not watch the show very well. Remember that if the klingon and federation alliance is broken the Khitomer accords no longer matter. well that and the romulans were taken over by the Klingon.

  • The USS Enterprise-D future-alternate upgraded, DAM! No photon torpedoes, the phaser cannon is so low from the saucer section it doesn't have a torpedo launcher.

No aft torpedo launcher, but it accomodates the third nacelle. I take it speed is more important that firepower...WARP 13!

  • Hehe... Not to mention that the Klingons are AGAINST the Feds now! :-)

  • Against the Federation, AGAIN, will they ever learn? hehe. :-)

  • :-D

There are some other things that really do seem odd - Enterprise being able to cloak? What, the Feds and Romulans got together and has a party and, well, exchanges some technology? I am not against the cloaking, it's great, but Treaty of Algeron seems to be suspended in this case, or declared null and void outright!

  • the romulans might as well. seeing how they was conquered by the Klingons.

  • WRONG!!! the photon launcher is where it always was. if you look carefully you see that the cannon is almost but not convering the photon torepdo. But hell with a phaser that large who needs torpedos.

  • The phaser cannon is definitely ahead of the torpedo launcher, trust me on that, and also there's no slightly innercut section for the torpedo launcher.

Well you need secondary weapons, because phasers draw power from the warp drive, and if main power goes offline, torpedoes have their own energy course to sustain them. :-) I'd rather have standard phasers and torpedoes, but I could do with a third nacelle lol

  • NCC1701J is right about the Phaser cannon. The torpedo launcher is no where near the added phaser cannon on the bottom of the Saucer section. For the Galaxy class Starships the main photon torpedo launcher was on the "neck" section that connected the Saucer section to the engineering hull.

  • there are photon torpedoes launchers and torpedoes if you pause at :26 about 5 mouse links up you can see the forward torpedo launcher and my gusess is that there is an aft launcher becuase even throughout the show you could never see the aft launcher but you know its there.

  • Okay, you got me there, though i made the comment a long while ago, but if you look from the side of the Enterprise, you would see that the phaser cannon is blocking the torpedo launcher from firing forward, and the rearward torpedo launcher is not there because it is being used as a support for the middle nacelle.

  • Predsfan is correct. I'm currently building a model of the Future Enterprise D, and I have a ton of reference photos from the original 4 foot model. The front photon torpedo launcher is still there, and one of the additions to the saucer section is what appears to be 2 photon torpedo launchers. There are none in the rear though.
