After you work the Battling Ropes for awhile you will find that you will able to go at a higher rate of intensity for a longer duration of time. This will transfer into any sport or workout.
it's ALL output at high velocity, so it develops power endurance, and of course, the velocity of the ropes shaking and pulling out of your hands develops grip strength endurance.
Try this @ the end of your workout, do 3, 1 minute rounds with 3 - 4 different exercises and you'll be busted!
