Love the comments from people who have no idea what graston is. I've had it done multiple times, and that tool hours like hell and bruises your skin, but really tiny lattes the tissue.
@marathon veteran, the brachialis is right under the bicep, so you can easily get to it. You can move the bicep out of the way and get right on it as well. @Mrbogza, you can stretch the muscle, but with any adhesions there, stretching will only do so much. You need to remove the adhesions, then it will stretch normally.
I need to give this treatment a try. I've had bicep tendonitis + forearm pain for months. It's taking forever to heal and all I wanna do is get back to doing some push ups and pull ups!!!!
@jgbross If you're logic is sound, then Coining must work too! If we rubbed him with nickels long enough, his pain would be resolved! Glad you went to school to become a masseuse!
he's like a beefed up Frank Lampard

why not just statically stretch the brachialis ?

But are you REALLY hitting the brachialis? How do you know?

Try not to have such a distracting client next time. Didn't hear a word said, just kept staring at those muscles...

all you're doing is irritating his skin
polaris911 7 months ago
@polaris911 If that's the case, how come after 4 treatments his pain is gone?
jgbross 7 months ago
@jgbross because acute pain is frequently self-limiting
