Also when I chair freeze I can lift my other leg when I do I start to collapse, I have to put both legs on the ground. My leg is forcing more to keep me balancing then my arm in the chair freeze. @harmonicme You need to try to practice easier stuff first. Start with a baby freeze and when you get good at that take your head off the ground (turtle freeze) and start practicing some one handed(ish) turtle freezes/moves like cricket. After that you should start practicing airchair.
@karatekid264 Watch How to Breakdance(Windmill) practice the freeze that the dude does for his windmill. After some days of practice, it should get easier for you so that you can remove the supporting hand and your head. Then you can practice airchair.

I can get up to the part where you have your head and both hands on the ground and legs up, but instead of planting my nonstabbed (left) hand on the ground, I have to grab the mat on my right side (with my left), which makes me think i'm a little heavy on the left side.

I just got chair freezes down and it took awhile for me to get over the whole "my wrist is gonna break omgomgomg" thing. turns out i was worrying too much. but this looks like it could go wrong a lot more easily.
I'm not nearly as toned as you-I weight 160ish at 6 feet, but 20 of those came in the past half year when i was trying to mass. So is it safe for me?
