what kinds of food do you give them when they have babies?
hi please i need a help !!!!! i have 2 canaries in a cage 1 male 1 female ( im sure ) the canaries mate before almost like 2 weeks ago till now the hen didnt lay her eggs. can somebody tell for how long will it take time for the hen to lay her egg ?!!!!! please this is my first time breeding i need some help...... thank you :)
just one question : whem i put them in the breeding cage. for how many days do i leave the seperator in between them? and does the female should start building the nest before removing the seperator of the cage ? thank you. i am a huge fan !!
This is by far the best video I have seen about the time light of canary breeding. I had a question about the time the firs hatching of babys are born and the time the second hatchings start but this video has explained everything very well.
Hi! This video is wonderful. I have started breeding my canaries here in Pennsylvania. It's a little early but the birds are in condition with the extra light. I have a question for you. I have a yellow hen that I would like to place with my blue male but he wants nothing to do with her. He is really mean to her but I keep the partition in place. I'm not sure I can pair them. Should I wait to see if he starts to like her or try a new male?
I want to ask u about baby canary place, i seem after 3-5 day after hatching, u make a separation for baby to their parent by using vertical block like in the minutes 07.29. that cause, the parent can't go into baby box. Why u do that? I mean is that ok??
The birds (15-18 days old) are uneasily in this age and from falls have 30-40% death. Thus it is essential you “close” the door so that they grow up for another 10 days.
Fantastic video of your canary birds and very educational, I came on here as my canary has laid 4 eggs but I never removed them and replaced with dummy eggs, she is a good mum and dad very helpful and feeding the hen but this is my first time, I just hope all eggs hatch and they all are healthy, can you advice me on the 3rd canary I have in the cage ? Should I remove it into a seperate cage and also the 2 zebra finches which are a pair from the 2 that have mated as I am a total beginner, thank u
σ ευχαριστουμε πολυ!

what kind of food shall i give to the parent when the chick hatched? the food the parent give to the new born.
mojojojo1447 1 week ago
@mojojojo1447
The food should contain vitamins (as many) and a high concentration in proteins. In pet stores you can find schop great variety.
Only after testing you to find the best (for your farm)

can you do 2 female and 1 mela for breeding in 1 cage
malta994 1 week ago
@malta994
Not in the same cage.
To put the separate female and male to whichever has prepared the nest.

If you allow the male to mate with the female will succeed. Good effort ...

Here’s the answer’s
1.Nothing . The nature is present. I don’t care if the male is violent. Take a look at 2:42 sec in my video.
2.I take out the eggs for four days end in the fifth I but it back 3:46 sec
3.I never take away the male from the cage. 6:43sec

3- should i ever remove the male from the cage?
