More recent evidence shows that there is a disoccation between fluid and general intelligence, (the latter almost entirely crystallized in nature). General intelligence, of course, correlating highly with SAT tests. Standaradized test makers create tests that emphasize rote learning and application of rote methods, neglecting developmental differences in abstraction, attention, working memory, and inhibition. Though dissocitaion is not the norm, it isn't too uncommon. SAT/IQ tests are dirty.

Hannurr -- you're very cute, and I daresay you are very intelligent. Why not admit you have a high IQ?
In the USA, the military still uses IQ tests because they find the best soldiers (that's right, the ones who follow directions and don't f*ck up weapons systems).

I know, I should have more about the results and stuff but if you read the description I put a lot of info there about what he found.

Haha, iv got a university exam tomorrow on individual differences and psychometric tests, including Yerks, and this will honestly help me remember all the details in the exam tomorrow! lol.
