That display on mine is going to black since that will not only look great with the surround around the screen but also the body colour so it will all match.

This is rather useful since i did not know about this I am new to DSLR so this stuff is really useful to me. My partner is really good with DSLR's but she's been using them for ages she now has the 24mp A900. she is going to teach me some things but others I need to do for myself like settings etc. it's a massive change for me because I have a Fuji s5700 at the moment.

I think this is true but you can buy a strap on ebay for 8 Dollars, very useful just search for A380 strap on ebay

I genuinely dislike the placement of the shutter release. I mean, the new designs are more for people moving from compacts then ever, and in that way, it's good. It just feels far too "compact camera"-ish in position for me.

Fantastic Review and very useful information. I have recently purchased A350 and more interested in knowing about major changes. Hope flash light height and viewfinder have modified to provide more feasibility to user. Keep it up.
